From Downtown Columbia:
Take I-126 to I-26 West (Spartanburg) to I-20 East (Florence). Exit on next exit...Broad River Road. After exiting the interstate, turn right at the top of the ramp onto Broad River Road. Turn left at the first light (KFC on the left corner) onto Longcreek Drive. Go through the 4-way stop sign at the bottom of the hill and proceed through the gate into the apartment complex. When the road comes to a T, turn right. The road will then turn back to the left. After following the road to the right, you will see parking places on the left and apartment buildings on the left. Go to the end of that section of parking and park on the right just before the road turns left again. After parking, walk in the same direction you were driving, past the dumpster to the path on the right that leads toward a chain link fence. Follow the path along the fence to the gravel parking lot. Cross the gravel parking lot and pass the chain across the gravel road. Proceed down the gravel road. The boathouse will be in front of you.
From Augusta:
Take I-20 East until you get to the Broad River Road exit. After exiting the interstate, turn right at the top of the ramp onto Broad River Road.
