Your Columbia Rowing Club EMail account uses POP3 protocol and can be accessed using any 3rd party EMail program such as Netscape Messenger, Outlook, Outlook Express, Pegasus, Eudora, etc.

Open Outlook Express, click on "Tools", "Accounts", then click on "New" and "Mail". A
wizard will open up -- follow these instructions to set up your account:
- Display
name:
Type in
your name, then click "Next"
- Email Address:
Type in
yourEMailAddress@columbiarowingclub.com, then click "Next"
- Ensure that "My incoming mail server is a POP3 server" is selected
Under "Incoming mail server", type mail.columbiarowingclub.com
Under "Outgoing mail server", type mail.columbiarowingclub.com, then click "Next"
There should be a selection that states, "My server requires authentication". Make sure this box is checked
- Account name:
type in yourEMailAddress@columbiarowingclub.com
- Password:
type in
your password, then click "Next", then click "Finish"
